Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Rule: Due to the digital nature of our IPTV subscriptions and instant activation, all sales are generally considered final once credentials have been issued. However, we offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Conditions for a Full Refund

We will issue a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you experience any of the following issues:

  • You are completely unable to connect to our servers using the provided credentials, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
  • The service is proven to be incompatible with your primary device, and this incompatibility was not stated prior to purchase.
  • Major, persistent server outages (downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours) occur within your first week of service.

2. Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Granted

To protect our infrastructure and ensure fair use, we cannot issue refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Internet Speed Issues: If buffering or stuttering is caused by your local internet connection (ISP throttling, slow speeds below 25Mbps, or poor Wi-Fi signal).
  • Device Performance: If your streaming device (e.g., an outdated smart TV or old Android box) lacks the processing power to handle 4K or heavy IPTV applications.
  • Missing Specific Channels: Our channel list is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any single specific channel or VOD title.
  • Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the service after successful activation and usage.
  • Account Sharing: If your account is banned or suspended due to sharing credentials outside of your purchased connection limit.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your Order ID, Username, and a detailed description of the technical issue.
  • Allow our team a reasonable window (up to 24 hours) to attempt to fix the issue remotely.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Our service operates on a strictly prepaid basis. There are no auto-renewing contracts. To cancel your service, simply do not renew your subscription when it expires. We will never automatically charge your card for the next billing cycle without your explicit authorization.
