What internet speed do I need for Premium 4K IPTV?
For a smooth, buffer-free experience, we highly recommend a stable internet connection. You need at least 15-20 Mbps for HD/FHD streaming. For our true 4K Ultra HD channels and VODs, we recommend a speed of 40-50 Mbps or higher. We also strongly advise connecting your device directly to your router using an Ethernet cable rather than Wi-Fi.
Are there any hidden fees or contracts?
Absolutely not. Premium 4K IPTV operates on a strict prepaid basis. There are no auto-renewing subscriptions, no hidden cancellation fees, and no long-term contracts. You simply pay for the duration you want (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and renew manually when you are ready.
Do you offer a Free Trial?

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices at the same time?
A standard subscription comes with one (1) connection, meaning you can install it on multiple devices, but you can only watch on one device at a time. If you try to stream on two devices simultaneously with a standard plan, your account will be temporarily suspended. If you need multiple simultaneous connections for your household, please contact support to upgrade your plan.
What app should I use to watch?
For the best experience, we recommend using IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate (for Android/Firestick users). If you are using a Smart TV, apps like SET IPTV or IBO Player are excellent choices. Upon purchasing, you will receive an email with your credentials and instructions on how to log in via the “Xtream Codes API”.
Troubleshooting
Why is my stream buffering or lagging?
Buffering is rarely a server issue. If you experience buffering, please try these steps:
- Restart your internet router and your streaming device.
- Ensure your device is connected via Ethernet cable, not Wi-Fi.
- Check your internet speed directly on the device to ensure you are getting at least 25Mbps.
- Clear the cache of your IPTV application.
My channels disappeared or the playlist won’t load. What do I do?
This usually means your app cache is full or there was a minor network interruption. First, try forcing the app to close and reopening it. If that doesn’t work, go to your app settings and “Refresh” or “Update” the playlist/EPG. If you are still having issues, delete the user profile and re-add your credentials exactly as provided in your email.
Do I need a VPN?
Using a VPN is not strictly mandatory to use our service, as our servers are highly secure. However, we strongly recommend using a VPN if your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is known to throttle or block streaming traffic, particularly during major live sports events in countries like the UK, USA, or Spain.
