Acceptance of Terms: If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
1. Service Usage & Account Restrictions
Our IPTV service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. To maintain server stability and fairness for all users, the following strict rules apply:
- Connection Limits: A standard subscription allows for one (1) device connection at a time unless a multi-device plan was explicitly purchased.
- Account Sharing: Sharing your login credentials (Username/Password or M3U link) with third parties or across multiple IP addresses simultaneously is strictly prohibited.
- Restreaming: Re-broadcasting, restreaming, or attempting to extract our streams for commercial distribution will result in an immediate, permanent ban without a refund.
2. Content Availability & Quality
While we strive to provide a comprehensive and highly stable entertainment experience, the nature of IPTV technology means certain factors are beyond our absolute control:
- Channel Lineup: The availability of specific channels, VOD titles, or series is subject to change at any time. We do not guarantee the permanent broadcast of any single channel.
- Streaming Quality: We provide feeds in FHD and 4K Ultra HD. However, the final quality you experience depends entirely on your hardware capabilities and your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Internet Requirements: A stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps is required for standard streaming, and 50 Mbps or higher is recommended for 4K content.
3. Billing, Payments & Renewals
Premium 4K IPTV operates on a prepaid model to give you full control over your expenses:
- No Auto-Renewals: We do not automatically charge your credit card or payment method at the end of your billing cycle. You must manually renew your subscription.
- Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. However, any price changes will not affect your current active billing cycle.
4. ISP Blocking & Third-Party Apps
Premium 4K IPTV provides access to servers and streaming content. We are not responsible for how your local Internet Service Provider (ISP) handles IPTV traffic:
- If your ISP blocks or throttles IPTV connections (common during live sporting events in certain countries), we highly recommend using a reputable VPN service.
- We do not own, develop, or control third-party applications (e.g., IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, SET IPTV). We cannot provide technical support for bugs inherent to these third-party applications.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund if we detect:
- Violation of our single-connection rule (account sharing).
- Use of our service on commercial premises without authorization.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our customer support staff.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Premium 4K IPTV, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
